Per workspace, not per seat
You buy one workspace for your organisation — not a licence for every employee. Adding a colleague doesn't add to the bill.
Asking more costs no more
No per-question charges and no credits to top up. Your team can ask as often as they need, which is rather the point.

Knowledge building, insights, branding, internet search, audit logs. During the beta, no features are held back.
A workspace includes up to 100 people, subject to fair use. If your organisation is larger, talk to us and we'll sort something sensible.
Most AI tools charge you for the very thing you bought them to do.
There are broadly two ways this is done. Some charge a licence for every person — so including your whole team costs more, and you end up deciding who's worth a seat. Others charge credits consumed each time someone asks — so the more your people use it, the more you pay.
Both quietly discourage exactly what we built ismee for. Expertise that's rationed isn't available.
A single fee per workspace means nobody is metering questions, nobody is left out to save money, and the value of ismee grows the more your organisation leans on it. That's the incentive we want.

Because we don't yet know enough to price it fairly, and we'd rather say so than guess.
ismee is in a limited beta. We're measuring how organisations actually use it — how much knowledge they build, how often their teams ask — so that whatever we charge reflects the value it delivers. Our early customers are shaping that directly.
When the beta ends:
- We'll give you plenty of notice, in writing.
- You'll choose whether to continue. We won't start charging you automatically.
- Early customers will be looked after — you helped us work it out.
- You can export your knowledge and leave at any time.
Questions people ask.
What exactly is a workspace?
It's your organisation's ismee — one place holding the knowledge you want available to your people, with your branding, your rules about who can join, and your own assistant answering from it.
Do you charge per user?
No. The fee is for the workspace. Everyone in your organisation can use it, up to the fair-use allowance above.
Can it cover different departments?
Yes. One workspace can hold HR, finance, operations and IT knowledge together — it's all your organisation's knowledge. Controlling which teams can draw on which knowledge is something we're actively working on.
What happens when the beta ends?
We'll tell you well in advance, and you decide whether to continue. Nothing starts billing on its own, and your knowledge remains yours to export.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your knowledge stays private to your workspace and isn't used to train models. The full detail is on our Data & compliance page.
